Few things in my life match the joy or sense of connection I feel when I gather, cook, and eat with friends and family. Seeds to plants to full plates to fuller stomachs to dirty dishes—the whole cycle seems overlaid on the memories of the places we’ve been and the people we’ve met; or the places we hope to go and the people we can’t wait to meet. watercolor, ink, graphite [2020]
